Responsibilities includes, but not limited to,

• High quality professional day-to-day execution of engagements and special projects
• Assists in the collection of employee information for reports and statistical research
• Performs administrative duties in support of the maintenance of employee records, including personnel status updates, terminations, and new hires
• Data management and record keeping
• Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training
