Jayendra studied Chemistry but found his passion in advertising and begain his career in 1978. He turned creative consultant in 1985 and had the unique distinction of consulting with three top agencies in Chennai at the same time – HTA, Mudra and Sistas. In 1986, he teamed up with PC Sreeram to start JS Films, a firm that became the leading advertising film production company in Southern India. In 1993 Jayendra teamed up with Senthil Kumar to set up Real Image, introducing non linear editing with Avid and digital cinema sound with DTS. Jayendra has also conceptualized and directed India’s first Carnatic concert film ‘Margazhi Raagam’. He later directed a bilingual movie '180' in Tamil and Telugu and a unique musical concert called 'One' that featured the noted Carnatic singer TM Krishna. Jayendra is also associated with various social organizations and has created short films to bring awareness and funding to a variety of causes.

Widely acknowledged as one of the India's foremost experts in media technology, Senthil has some truly outstanding achievements to his credit. In 1986, he set up Media Artists Film and Video Post-production Centre in Chennai shortly after he graduated from NIT Trichy where he studied Computer Science. Media Artists rapidly grew to become the country’s best sound recording studio. In 1992, Senthil set up Real Image, along with two colleagues, to bring Avid digital nonlinear editing systems to India and later DTS digital cinema sound. He has also supervised editing, audio, computer graphics and special effects for a number of television programmes and worked in various capacities in several motion pictures. Senthil’s expertise has had a far-reaching influence on the industry at large and he currently works on strategy and product development for Qube Cinema. He is based in Chennai.

One of India's top cinematographers, P.C. as he is known to friends, is an alumnus of the Madras Film Institute. His extensive body of work in cinema is best described by the recognition he has received for it. He was the recipient of the National Award for Best Cinematography for the Tamil film ‘Nayakan’ in 1988, the Nandi Award for Best Cinematography by the Government of Andhra Predesh for the Telugu film ‘Geetanjali’ in 1990, and the Kalaimamani Award - the most prestigious title awarded by the Government of Tamil Nadu for contribution in the medium of art. Films he has worked on include ‘Agni Natchathiram’, ‘Thevar Magan’, ‘Apoorva Sagotharargal’, ‘Thiruda Thiruda’, ‘Alai Payuthey’, ‘Cheeni Kum’, ‘Kanda Naal Muthal’, ‘Paa’, among others.

Arun Veerappan has over 40 years of experience in film production – feature, documentary and educational. He worked as an Executive Producer with well-known studios like AVM and Gemini where his credits include several successful feature films like ‘Kalathur Kannama’, ‘Main Chup Rahungi’, ‘Mehrban’ and ‘Paisa ya Pyar’. He has also produced and directed movies such as ‘Zameen Aasmaan’, ‘Unnidathil Naan’ and more than 150 short films and documentaries on agriculture, child health and other socially relevant subjects. He has been a promoter of a number of other businesses in his career and conceptualised the idea of electronic cinema for India in the 1980s, when 3-tube video projectors and VHS tape machines were still in their infancy.

A graduate in Economics from Hindu College, Delhi University, and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, Harsh began his career with PepsiCo India. He subsequently moved to the television broadcast domain where he spent 7 years with Star across different markets and functional roles, including programming, marketing and general management. He was one of the founding team members at NDTV Imagine, and served in various senior capacities until end 2011, post which he set up an entrepreneurial venture in the digital content space that he continues to be involved with. His expertise lies in the domains of Broadcast and Digital Media, Business Strategy and Marketing, with more than 14 years of experience across programming, business operations, revenue management and general management at senior positions in the broadcast industry. At Qube Cinema, Harsh is based in Mumbai, and spearheads the national digital cinema roll out initiatives. His mandate also includes assisting the company in evolving business ideas and strategies for newer service offerings and interacting with the industry to enable opening doors for such potential business opportunities as the company may choose to pursue in the ever changing cinema business environment.

Rajesh heads the dynamic group of software professionals of the Qube Cinema Software Division, Chennai. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras. Rajesh comes to Qube Cinema from InstallShield, Chicago where he was architecting software installation technologies and tools. He also led the development teams of two of InstallShield’s leading products. Prior to that, Rajesh worked at Sapura, Kuala Lumpur where he was involved in creating a rapid application development tool for the Macintosh and Windows platforms. Rajesh is also a member of the faculty at DevelopMentor, a component software think tank based in Los Angeles where he trained software professionals on component software topics. Currently Rajesh and his team are developing innovative products for the mass entertainment industries.

Sapana is a seasoned HR professional with experience in different industries. Her previous stints include companies such as Mahindra, DHL, Sterling Holidays & Future Group. In her 16 years of work experience, she has worked on Culture Building, Organizational Restructuring, Digitization of Employee Experience and Diversity & Inclusion. She has led key projects wide across the group organizations with revenue and people impact. In her last 2 assignments, she successfully led and completed digitization of employee learning and engagement processes. She comes with experience in heading HR for large sales organizations with a focus on productivity and efficiency. Sapana is a practising coach with her certification from ICF. She is a commerce graduate with MBA in Marketing & HR. She is also certified in the design & implementation of assessment and development centres. She believes in closely working with the business building an agile organisation which is future-ready.

After gaining a degree in Photographic and Electronic Imaging Sciences at The University of Westminster, Nigel started his career in the electronics sector before moving into Film and Cinema. He joined Technicolor in 1997 and moved throughout the Company finally becoming Head of Sales UK in 2005. He created his own consultancy nDCInema in 2007, and then joined Qube, as Head of European Business, launching the company to the EMEA market in 2008. With 20 years of sales, business and technical experience behind him in the industry, Nigel is now responsible for the worldwide sales effort to further Qube’s presence in the market. He has been a major player in developing Qube’s recognition as the consistently leading innovator of solutions over the years. Nigel is based out of London and has recently reintroduced cinema into his local town of Windsor for the first time in 35 years with The Screen Cinema.

Mark earned a B.A. in History and Philosophy at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and began his career in the United States Navy. He retired as a Lieutenant in 2005 and then attended the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and graduated with an MBA. In 2007, Mark joined the Digital Cinema team at Deluxe Entertainment Services group in a Business Development role where he oversaw the onboarding of major new clients, including Paramount Pictures, The Walt Disney Studios, and the Digital Cinema Distribution Coalition. After Deluxe, Mark went on to open a new company that joined together the post-production and distribution services from LaboDigital in Mexico City and the theatre technology products from Highlands Technologies Solutions in France. He joined Qube in 2018 and now leads the Qube Wire business unit from our offices in Los Angeles. Under his leadership, Qube Wire has grown over 150% and has earned a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and excellent customer service.
