Please ensure that the OS version is according to the requirements specified for the version of QubeMaster Xport you are trying to install.
Ensure you have Compressor installed – and that the Compressor version matches the requirements specified for the version of QubeMaster Xport – currently Compressor version 4.0 and 4.1.x are supported.
Ensure that the login credentials of the user installing the application has administrator privileges
Ensure that the current user has read-write permissions for the “Library>Application Support>Apple QMaster” folder and the “Users>Shared>Library>Preferences” folder
Double-click the “Xport__.dmg” file and follow the instructions on the screen.
