A summary follows:
- Ensure you have an active Internet connection.
- Open System Preferences and Double-click the “QubeMaster Xport” icon from the “Other” menu to open the activation window. (If the Xport logo is not visible here it means that the QubeMaster Xport software was not installed properly).
- Click the “Activate” button.
- In the space provided, Enter the serial number mentioned in the receipt/Order summary that was sent to you via email at the time of purchase,
- Click the “Activate” button.
- The message "Contacting eSellerate Servers... Please wait while we establish a secure connection to the eSellerate Servers…” will appear briefly, wait for a few moments.
- On successful activation, the serial number will appear in the window.
- If no serial number appears, check the console for the cause of the activation failure and email the error message to support@qubecinema.com (link sends e-mail)
