Please check the frame-rate and scanning method of the source. The source must be 24fps - progressive.
If the frame-rate is anything other than 24fps and/or is interlaced it should be converted to 24fps Progressive before being used for Digital Cinema mastering.
"Interlaced" content must be de-interlaced before being brought to Compressor - BUT de-interlacing results in sub-optimal picture quality. So it is always recommended to shoot Progressive scan at 24fps if the output is going to be a DCP.
