Qube Cinema names Digima Distributor for Italy and Switzerland

Qube Cinema, a leading international manufacturer and provider of end-to-end digital cinema technology, announced the appointment of Digima srl, as a distributor for Italy and Switzerland.

“We feel proud to be entrusted with the great products in the Qube Cinema stable. Both the companies have many synergies, and we’re looking forward to investing resources and capacity into growing the Qube footprint in Italy and Switzerland,” said Marco Giorgi, president of Digima.

“Digima will operate at different levels and provide round-the-clock support through their internal NOC center, which will be open every day from nine a.m. to midnight. The NOC center will respond to the needs of retailers, film technicians and cinema owners in line with the demand profile, so that Qube customers can benefit from the price and quality benefits that the Qube technology offers,” Giorgi stated.

“We were looking for a distributor with the necessary customer base, but also the quality of service, support and technical knowledge to do Qube products justice,” said Nigel Dennis, head of European business development for Qube Cinema. “Distributors also need to be a strong point of contact between the brand and the dealer network. Market growth depends on these characteristics as well as strong local market knowledge. We believe Digima fits the bill very well.”
